Join pastry chef Jenna Leurquin and learn to confection apple and pumpkin pies from dough to finish products. We will go over the pie crust and how to get an even, flaky result, and the different filling option. You will also get to discover decorating tricks and tools for successful baking on the big day. You will get to take home the pies you have confection and all the tools necessary to make them on Thanksgiving day.
Must be 16 or older to attend.
Casual attire. Aprons and water will be provided.
