The chef will go over the ingredients necessary\, how to select quality ingredients and all the tools to prepare the batter and filling ganaches.  You will also get to discover decorating tricks and tools for successful baking and consistent finish. \nMust be 16 or older to attend. Younger ages are allowed to join a class as long as they are accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. \nFew things to know before your french baking classes: \n\nREQUIRED: Do not wear open-toe shoes\, sandals\, or heels as our kitchen floor can be very slippery.
