Summer Collection

The exclusive 2019 summer collection was inspired by seasonal fresh fruits flavors layered with delicate and light cakes. As our new store just opened and the weather is becoming warmer, Chef Jenna Leurquin’s objective is to showcase the natural sweetness of seasonal produce by working them into different preparations and avoiding overpowering them with unnecessary sugar elements. Our concept is around collection and embracing the seasonality of ingredients.

The quest is to deliver a pastry that is light and fresh to the pallet and can be enjoyed all summer long.
