Description
Our chocolate peanut butter cookies start with a brown sugar cookie dough. Caramelized peanuts and Belgian dark chocolate chips are then mixed homogeneously throughout the dough, so that every bite contains a piece of each. Once baked, we fill and top the cookies with sea salted caramel. We then sprinkle crushed peanuts and Maldon sea salt on top of the cookies.
