100% sourdough Panettone made with Italian imported Panettone flour, eggs, honey, house-infused butter, Madagascar and Tahiti vanilla beans, lemon and orange zests, candied orange and macerated raisins.
It is a 72-hour process to craft the panettone as it is 100% sourdough based.
