First, we will dive into the world of Profiteroles, the universally adored dessert that brings pure joy to any table. You will learn to pipe and bake perfect, bite-sized golden puffs. We’ll then fill them with a classic, velvety crème pâtissière (pastry cream) and show you how to artistically drizzle (or generously smother!) the profiteroles with a rich, glossy chocolate sauce. 

Then, we elevate our new skill to create the Paris-Brest, a true masterpiece of sophistication. We will pipe our choux pastry into its signature, elegant wheel shape—a nod to the famous bicycle race it was named after. After baking it to golden perfection and topping it with crunchy almonds, you’ll learn to whip up its legendary filling: a heavenly, nutty, and utterly unforgettable hazelnut praline mousseline cream.

In this immersive, hands-on class, you will:
