The Concept

Jenna Leurquin Patisserie was created to offer an authentic patisserie experience in Arizona. Our creations are inspired by the seasons, and our collections aim to represent current trends. With this original approach to pastry, we work on revolutionizing even the most firmly entrenched traditions.

Our objective is to create pastries that are visually innovative. We focus on delivering the highest quality of pastries while utilizing the best ingredients and prioritizing creativity through design and aesthetics. This commitment involves respecting each ingredient and baking in the tradition of high French and European pastry making.

We consider pastries to be the most indulgent food, and are on a quest to reveal the nobility of the composition behind the decadence. We strive to balance acidity, sweetness, and bitterness by honoring the nature of each ingredient. Thus, we respect the product in its most natural form and abide by a detailed baking process.

While sweet childhood memories and traditional flavors are the inspiration, we innovate our pastries with the newest ingredients and a sense of simplicity and exclusivity. 

The Chef

After double‐majoring at Boise State University as a student athlete on the golf team, Jenna yearned to bring flavors of fresh, whole foods to the United States. Jenna believed in the importance of quality ingredients and artisanal practices, and followed her passion for the art of culinary practice to France.

She completed her training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in both cuisine and pastry before continuing under the tutelage of some of the best chefs in Belgium and Paris. Passionate about pastries that can combine indulgent flavors and decadent textures, Jenna continually emphasizes the importance of savoir faire without neglecting her most important role: bringing joy and a taste of European culture to our community. 

Jenna’s developing style was influenced by her travels and multicultural encounters, leading her to innovate the traditional pastries that she believes “bring back all of the best memories.”
