We will be hosting open interviews on Monday, October 26th, at our 2601 S 24th St., Phoenix, AZ location.
 
Please bring a printed resume and know which position you are applying for! The event will be from 9 am to 2 pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet and interview with our managers.

  • Lamination Lead

Pastry

  • Pastry Hand – Store Items
  • Pastry Hand – Amenities
  • Specials Lead – Starts at midnight; must know how to make all creams (mousses, curds, diplomat, etc.). Prepare all prep work for rotating weekly specials and create seasonal entremets.
  • Specials Hands – Assist the specials lead in preparation for weekly specials. Starts at midnight

Savory

  • Savory Cook

Overnight:

  • Overnight Bakers: checking fermentation, baking the products, including bread, making recipes & flatbreads
  • Overnight Assistant: splitting, counting, cleaning, and preparing the truck for delivery
  • Entry-level Evening Miscellaneous Prep: packaging orders, miscellaneous prep, including working the pie press, zesting lemons, etc. 

Retail:

  • Front of House Associate

  • Driver/Warehouse

  • Office & Content Creation Assistant
