Our JL Panettone is made through a labor intense artisanal process that starts with our Lievito Madre (stiff sourdough starter), and uses only the finest quality ingredients. To ensure the lievito madre is ready, we feed the levain for weeks before starting the mixing process. After the starter is ready, it takes a full work day to prepare the mise en place alone.

Making Panettone is a long labor of love made entirely by hand to ensure a superior flavor and texture. The result is a beautifully fragrant, light, and rich bread that is sure to bring a feeling of warmth and joy to any family gathering!

This Classic Italian Panettone is infused with lemon and orange zests, mixed with
macerated raisins and candied oranges.
