Belgian Waffles – Baking Class

Belgian Waffles Baking Class Level: All

Hailing from Belgium, Pastry Chef, Jenna Leurquin will share her expertise on the desserts of this country rich in history and culture. During our Belgian waffles baking class, students will learn how to make two types of Belgian waffles, one originating from Brussels and the other from Liège. In addition, attendees will learn waffle toppings and the traditional way of properly eating waffles.

With your new skills, you will achieve the perfect Belgian waffles at home. Make your Christmas mornings special and make it a breakfast tradition.

Must be 16 or older to attend the class (Minors must be accompanied by an adult).

Couple of things to know before your french baking classes:

• Do not wear open-toe shoes, sandals, or heels as our kitchen floor can be very slippery. Sneakers and low platform shoes are best.
• Face coverings/masks are optional! Regardless, remain aware and respectful of others.
• Casual attire is best, as you might be getting dirty.
• We are a fun BYOW environment! (Bring Your Own Wine) Let’s Bake and Drink!
