In this class:
We will learn how to make half a dozen brioche cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls
Shape and bake in the class
Cream cheese frosting will be available to dip and eat your baked Cinnamon rolls
There will be time for all your questions to be answered about fermentation and managing time.
Leave the class feeling confident in crafting a favorite bread and breakfast ready for holiday season.
Each participant will get to take home their very own 6ct. of cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls along with included recipe.
Must be 16 or older to attend our Brioche Baking Class.
Do not to wear open toe shoes, sandals or heels as our kitchen floor can be very slippery. Sneakers and low platform shoes are best.
Bring your face covering/mask! As they will be required. If you enter our bakery without a mask, you will be asked to leave. Let’s stay safe and take precaution. Thank you for understanding!
