Mini Spring Pies – Level: All.
Join pastry chef Jenna Leurquin and spend a fun and slow paced evening learning how to confection lemon meringue and mixed berry pies from dough to finish products. We will go over the pie crust and how to get an even, flaky result. You will also get to discover decorating tricks and tools for successful baking! You will get to take home the pies you have confectioned and all the tools necessary to make them by yourself. You will be able to enjoy your creations after class!
Must be 18 or older to attend.
Do not wear open-toe shoes, sandals, or heels as our kitchen floor can be very slippery. Sneakers and low platform shoes are best.
