Mini Thanksgiving Pies – Level: All.
Join pastry chef Jenna Leurquin and spend a fun evening learning how to confection apple and pumpkin pies from dough to finish products. We will go over the pie crust and how to get an even, flaky result, as well as the vanilla mascarpone whip cream. You will also get to discover decorating tricks and tools for successful baking on the big day. You will get to take home the pies you have confectioned and all the tools necessary to make them on Thanksgiving day.
Must be 18 or older to attend.
Do not wear open-toe shoes, sandals, or heels as our kitchen floor can be very slippery. Sneakers and low platform shoes are best.
Bring your face covering/mask! As they will be required. If you enter our bakery without a mask, you will be asked to leave. Let’s stay safe and take pre-caution. Thank you for understanding!
