Authentic French Napoleon Baking Class – Level: All.
During this BRAND NEW Napoleon baking class, you will learn how to craft puff pastry and pastry cream to create this French classic! It is also known as “Mille-Feuille” which translates to “thousand layers” – referring to the many crispy layers of puff pastry in this delicacy.
Must be 16 or older to attend.
REQUIRED: Do not wear open toe shoes, sandals or heels as our kitchen floor can be very slippery. Sneakers and low platform shoes are best.
We will provide you with an apron upon your arrival that you will wear during the duration of your class. (Apron will be available for purchase)
