This highly requested class will focus on how to make quiche from scratch to finish. In this hands-on experience, you will roll, sheet, and layer dough to create your quiche shell, mix the proper ingredients to make your egg fill, in addition to adding your own variety of vegetables to either make a seasonal veggie quiche or quiche lorraine.
Due to a long baking period, students will take home their finished products to complete the baking process at home to enjoy.
A couple things to know before your class:
- Casual attire
- We are BYOW: Bring Your Own Wine! Let’s drink and bake!
- REQUIRED: Do not wear open toe shoes such as sandals as our kitchen floor can be very slippery. Sneakers and low platform shoes are best.
