Our raspberry mango entremet is a tropical treat that’s perfect for any time of the year. The entremet starts off with layers of gluten-free coconut dacquoise. Between these cake layers are a light mango-passion fruit mousse and our house-made raspberry jam. The cake is then coated with a yellow glaze. To finish, the cake is garnished with coconut flakes, raspberries, and edible gold flakes.
