Learn how to bake and build our famous pistachio macaron cake from scratch to finished.
Chef Jenna Leurquin will teach the techniques to prepare and bake the macaron cake. You will then learn how to confection the chocolate ganache and pistachio cream and how to layer all the elements together. Once layered, you will learn how to glaze the cakes with a chocolate mirror glaze and how to personalize the decoration for a stunning final result.
Participants will get to take their own cake home.
Must be 16 or older to attend.
Casual attire. Aprons and coffee or water will be provided. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
