About Our Panettone
Our Panettone is made through a labor-intensive artisanal process that starts with our Lievito Madre (stiff sourdough starter) and uses only the finest quality ingredients. Our Panettone is a labor of love that spans 4 days, made entirely by hand to ensure superior flavor and texture. The result is a beautifully fragrant, light, and rich bread that is sure to bring warmth and joy to any family gathering!
Classic Italian Panettone is 100% sourdough Panettone made with Italian imported Panettone flour, eggs, honey, house-infused butter, Madagascar and Tahiti vanilla beans, lemon and orange zests, candied orange, and macerated raisins.
Our deliciously fun and flavorful Pistachio Panettone is 100% sourdough Panettone made with Italian imported Panettone flour, eggs, honey, house-infused butter, vanilla beans, pure pistachio paste, pistachios, and white chocolate.
Indulge in our 100% sourdough Chocolate Panettone, made with Italian imported Panettone flour, eggs, honey, house-infused butter, Madagascar and Tahiti vanilla beans, pure cacao powder, dark chocolate 70%, and milk chocolate 40%.
