Our lemon meringue pie begins with our tart shell crust that is baked with a layer of almond cream. Once cooled, we fill the crust with lemon custard and top it with an airy meringue. Edible gold is then placed atop as garnish.
Keep refrigerated. Best if consumed within 3 days of receiving item.
