In our French croissant baking class, chef Jenna will go over the necessary ingredients to create the perfect classic croissants, how to select quality ingredients, how to work and shape the dough, how to properly laminate it with butter and go over proper proofing and natural fermentation methods. Keep your pen and paper ready to take notes, you don't want to miss all the tips and tricks to perfect croissants.

Learn to bake traditional Belgian waffles, both kind... Oui oui, We have 2 kind of waffles in Belgium! Lucky us! During the class you will get to learn both and pick your favorite (I already know mine;)), learn new skills in the kitchen and get to surprise everyone at home during the Holidays with the best waffles you've ever made.

Kids will participate in a safe and fun hands-on baking class, as well as also learn basic culinary skills and recipes. This is the perfect opportunity to let your child dive into the culinary world.
